Biography

I started my Real Estate career, as one of three Seneca teachers, who bought, renovated and sold rental properties in Toronto while  we were teaching. The partnership which we later dissolved turned out to be a great learning experience. After making the decision that  I should  leave teaching, my wife, Martina, and I, and our two dogs  moved out West. First to Vancouver and then to Victoria.  I have been a trusted Real Estate  advisor, for over 20 years,  to a long list of clients, many of whom, are repeat buyers and sellers.

On the Residential side, I have helped many clients, buy and sell, condos and town homes,  luxury homes, country and equestrian estates. My areas of expertise have been in Oak Bay and Victoria, the greater Victoria area, and up to Shawnigan Lake for recreational property. As a teacher and as a Realtor, my approach has been very similar. Firstly; listen to my students or clients, educate them, advise them, negotiate for them, and deliver the best possible outcome for them all.

As  a qualified Commercial Realtor,  I  have helped clients with leasing, buying or selling a business or buying Commercial Investment properties.

In order to better serve clients who have Investment Rental Property,  I became a licensed Property Manager.

By combining Sotheby’s exemplary service, with it’s Global reach and my local touch,  I will endeavour to bring you the outcome you’ve  been looking for… either selling  your present home… that you’ve perhaps outgrown… or  answering  your many questions, about where can I buy, and how much am I going to have to pay for it.

I am looking  forward to the challenges that lie ahead in a post-Covid 2021-22; taking many more pictures of Classic Jaguars for my 2022 Calendar and getting back out on the squash court.
